Accern is a no-code natural language processing platform founded in 2014 in New York by Kumesh Aroomoogan, a former Wall Street research analyst, and Anshul Vikram Pandey. The software enables financial services and government teams to build industry-specific NLP models for news, filings, and document analysis.

Accern serves large banks, asset managers, and federal agencies, using its models to forecast risk, sentiment, and supply chain impact.

The company has raised approximately $40 million from investors including Fusion Fund, Tribe Capital, Shasta Ventures, Allianz Strategic Ventures, and Mighty Capital.
