TopReviewed.ai is an AI-powered software review platform. We use artificial intelligence models to generate multi-perspective reviews of software products. Our AI panel consists of personas representing different professional viewpoints: CTO, Developer, Marketer, Finance Lead, and End User.

3. AI-Generated Reviews

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reviews on this platform are generated by artificial intelligence and represent AI-synthesized assessments, not human opinions.
  • AI reviews are based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most current state of a product.
  • Scores and ratings are AI-generated estimates and should be used as one of many factors in your software evaluation process.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
5. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a software vendor using our platform:

  • You represent that you have the authority to list the product
  • Product information you provide must be accurate and not misleading
  • You may not attempt to manipulate AI review scores or ratings
  • You agree not to interfere with the AI review generation process
6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI review system or prompts
  • Submit false or misleading product information

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You may share links to reviews and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPREVIEWED.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED REVIEWS.
