AuditBoard is a cloud-based audit, risk, and compliance platform founded in 2014 in Cerritos, California by Daniel Kim and Jay Lee, former PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young auditors. The platform serves internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk, and ESG teams.

AuditBoard serves more than 2,000 customers, including nearly 50% of the Fortune 500. The company reports over $200 million in annual recurring revenue.

In May 2024, UK-based software investor Hg acquired AuditBoard for over $3 billion. Scott Arnold continues as CEO, and the company operates from Cerritos. Prior funding totaled approximately $40 million, led by Battery Ventures.
