Clockwise is an AI calendar assistant founded in 2016 in San Francisco by Matt Martin, Gary Lerhaupt, and Mike Grinolds. The software auto-reschedules flexible meetings, creates focus time, and optimizes team schedules across Google Calendar and Microsoft 365.

Clockwise serves tens of thousands of teams including customers at Asana, Twilio, and Uber. The company has expanded its AI assistant to proactively manage calendars and suggest scheduling actions.

Clockwise has raised approximately $76 million, including a $45 million Series C led by Coatue with participation from Accel, Greylock, and Michael Ovitz.
