DocuSign is an agreement management company founded in 2003 in San Francisco by Tom Gonser, Court Lorenzini, and Eric Ranft. The platform pioneered electronic signatures and has expanded into intelligent agreement management with its Docusign IAM platform.

DocuSign serves more than 1.6 million customers and over a billion users globally, with major use cases in sales, HR, and legal agreements.

DocuSign went public on NASDAQ in April 2018 (DOCU). Allan Thygesen has served as CEO since 2022.
