Overjet, Inc. develops artificial-intelligence software for the dental industry, using computer vision to analyze dental X-rays and quantify conditions such as decay and bone loss to support diagnosis and treatment planning. The company was founded in 2018 by Wardah Inam, Alexander Jelicich, and Deepak Ramaswamy, who met through MIT and Harvard, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.

Overjet's platform includes Vision AI, an FDA-cleared tool for radiographic analysis; IRIS imaging software; a Voice AI suite for clinical documentation; and automated insurance-verification and analytics products aimed at dental practices, dental support organizations (DSOs), and payers. Its customers include large DSOs such as Dental Care Alliance, Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, and Dental365, and the company works with insurers covering more than 120 million members, including several of the largest U.S. dental payers.

Overjet has raised roughly $133 million across several rounds. In March 2024 it closed a $53.2 million Series C led by March Capital, with participation from General Catalyst, Insight Partners, Crosslink Capital, MIT's E14 Fund, and the American Dental Association, valuing the company at about $550 million. Led by co-founder and chief executive Wardah Inam, Overjet employs roughly 180 people and has described its Series C as the largest funding round to date in dental AI.
