About Rogo

Rogo is a financial-services AI company that builds domain-specific agents to automate research, analysis, and deal workflows for banks and investors. It was founded in January 2022 by Gabriel Stengel, John Willett, and Tumas Rackaitis—Princeton classmates who had worked at J.P. Morgan and Lazard—and is headquartered in New York.

The platform deploys finance-tuned agents that connect to a firm's existing systems and produce institutional outputs such as Excel models, investment memos, and pitch decks. Its Felix agent runs multi-step processes from deal screening and CIM generation to buyer outreach and diligence. Rogo says more than 35,000 bankers and investors across over 300 institutions use the product, including Nomura, Jefferies, Lazard, Moelis, Rothschild & Co, Truist Securities, and Baird.

In April 2026 Rogo raised a $160 million Series D led by Kleiner Perkins at a roughly $2 billion valuation, up from $750 million after its Series C in January 2026, bringing total funding to more than $300 million. Other backers include Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, and J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners. The company employs roughly 120 to 180 people, split between engineers and former finance professionals, and has expanded through acquisitions of Plux AI and Offset.
