Brex

Brex is a fintech platform founded in 2017 in San Francisco by Henrique Dubugras and Pedro Franceschi, both Brazilian serial entrepreneurs and Y Combinator alums. The platform provides corporate cards, spend management, business accounts, and travel and bill pay targeted at startups and growth-stage enterprises.

Brex serves tens of thousands of companies, including DoorDash, Airbnb, and ServiceTitan. The product has expanded to compete with enterprise spend platforms such as Ramp and SAP Concur.

The company has raised approximately $1.5 billion, including a $300 million Series D-2 in 2022 at a $12.3 billion valuation, led by TCV. Pedro Franceschi serves as sole CEO since 2024.
