Circleback is an AI meeting assistant founded in 2023 in San Francisco by Ali Haghani, a former Stripe engineer, and Kevin Jacyna, formerly of Tableau. The tool transcribes and summarizes meetings, generates action items, and automates CRM updates.

Circleback integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, HubSpot, and Notion, and serves thousands of paying customers in sales, customer success, and professional services.

The company is backed by Y Combinator and raised $2.5 million in seed funding from Transpose Platform, Rebel Fund, Pioneer Fund, and angel investors including Kulveer Taggar and Oliver Jung.
