fal has raised $337 million across five rounds: a $9 million seed led by Andreessen Horowitz, a $14 million Series A led by Kindred Ventures, a $49 million Series B led by Notable Capital and Andreessen Horowitz in February 2025, a $125 million Series C led by Meritech at a $1.5 billion valuation in July 2025, and a $140 million Series D led by Sequoia Capital — with Kleiner Perkins, Alkeon Capital, and NVIDIA's NVentures participating — at a $4.5 billion valuation in December 2025. As of mid-2026 the company employed roughly 137 people and was reportedly in talks for a new round at a valuation of about $8 billion.
