Greenhouse is an applicant tracking and hiring software company founded in 2012 in New York by Daniel Chait and Jon Stross. The platform helps companies source, interview, hire, and onboard candidates through structured hiring workflows.

Greenhouse serves more than 7,500 customers globally including Airbnb, HubSpot, and DoorDash. The product is a category leader in enterprise and mid-market applicant tracking.

TPG Capital acquired Greenhouse in 2021 at a valuation over $1.5 billion. Prior to acquisition the company had raised approximately $110 million. Daniel Chait continues as CEO.
