MagicSchool, Inc. operates an artificial-intelligence platform for K-12 education, providing teachers and students with tools for lesson planning, differentiated instruction, grading and feedback. The company was founded in 2023 by Adeel Khan, a former teacher, principal and district administrator, and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

MagicSchool's core product offers more than 80 educator-focused tools, including a lesson-plan generator, rubric maker, IEP generator and writing-feedback assistant, alongside MagicStudent, a teacher-managed suite of student-facing tools such as an AI tutor. The company sells to individual teachers as well as schools and districts, and the platform is SOC 2 certified and FERPA- and COPPA-compliant. MagicSchool says more than 6 million educators have signed up and that it has partnered with over 10,000 schools across roughly 160 countries.

The company raised an early $2.4 million round, followed by a $15 million Series A led by Bain Capital Ventures, and in early 2025 closed a $45 million Series B led by Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Adobe Ventures, Atreides Management and Smash Capital, bringing total funding to about $65 million. MagicSchool employs roughly 300 people.
