NetSuite Inc. is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning software company founded in 1998 by Evan Goldberg, originally under the name NetLedger. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation. It provides a suite of business management applications delivered via the cloud, targeting small, mid-sized, and large enterprises across a range of industries.

NetSuite's core platform includes financial management, order management, inventory and supply chain management, customer relationship management (CRM), human capital management (HCM), and e-commerce tools. The product is sold as a subscription-based service and is used by companies in manufacturing, retail, professional services, software, and nonprofit sectors, among others. Its SuiteCloud development platform allows customers and partners to build custom applications on top of the core ERP.

Oracle acquired NetSuite in November 2016 for approximately $9.3 billion, at the time one of Oracle's largest acquisitions. Prior to the acquisition, NetSuite had been publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker N. Evan Goldberg has continued to serve as Executive Vice President and founder following the acquisition. The company employs tens of thousands of people globally as part of Oracle's broader cloud applications division.
