SAP SuccessFactors is the cloud-based human capital management (HCM) suite of SAP SE, originally founded in 2001 as SuccessFactors by Lars Dalgaard in South San Francisco. The suite includes core HR, talent management, learning, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics.

SAP acquired SuccessFactors in 2012 for approximately $3.4 billion, and it has since become the flagship HCM offering used by more than 10,000 enterprise customers globally. SAP SE trades on XETRA and NYSE (SAP).

Dan Beck serves as President and Chief Product Officer of SAP SuccessFactors. The parent SAP SE is led by CEO Christian Klein.
