   Dan Adler becomes CEO of Sourcegraph (code search); co-founders Quinn Slack and Beyang Liu launch Amp Inc. as a separate company for frontier coding agents. Investors Craft, Redpoint, Sequoia, Goldcrest and Andreessen Horowitz remain on both boards.

   Sourcegraph discontinued the Cody Free and Cody Pro plans and dropped Cody from the Enterprise Starter plan, redirecting individual users to its new agentic coding tool Amp. Cody Enterprise was unaffected.
