Tempus AI is a precision medicine and health data company founded in 2015 in Chicago by Eric Lefkofsky, the serial entrepreneur behind Groupon and Lightbank. The platform combines clinical and molecular data with AI to accelerate personalized care, with a major focus on oncology.

Tempus serves more than 2,500 hospital clients and maintains partnerships with leading biopharma companies. It has built one of the largest libraries of clinical and molecular data in the United States.

Tempus went public on NASDAQ in June 2024 under ticker TEM. Eric Lefkofsky remains Founder and CEO.
