Alteryx

Alteryx is an analytics automation software company founded in 1997 by Dean Stoecker, Olivia Duane Adams, and Ned Harding. The platform provides data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics used by data analysts to automate workflows without coding.

Alteryx serves more than 8,000 enterprise customers across Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, particularly in finance, retail, and consumer packaged goods. The flagship product is Alteryx Designer and the cloud-based Alteryx One.

The company went public on the NYSE in 2017 under ticker AYX. In March 2024, Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners took Alteryx private for approximately $4.4 billion. Andy MacMillan joined as CEO in 2023.
