Claap

Claap is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform founded in 2021 by Robin Bonduelle and Pierre Touzeau in Paris, France. The company captures sales calls, transcribes them, and converts conversation data into automated follow-ups, CRM entries, coaching insights, and AI agent inputs for B2B sales teams.

The platform integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack, enabling sales reps to automatically log call outcomes and generate follow-up sequences without manual data entry. Claap's AI surfaces deal risk signals and coaching recommendations to revenue leaders, reducing post-meeting administrative work by automating note-taking and CRM updates.

Claap raised $3 million in a pre-seed round in June 2021 from LocalGlobe, Headline, and approximately 30 angel investors including Front co-founder Mathilde Collin and GoCardless co-founder Matt Robinson. In October 2025, Paris-based lemlist acquired Claap for $25 million ($15 million upfront plus $10 million in earn-outs), combining meeting intelligence with outbound sales automation.
