In October 2024, Contract Logix was acquired by LegalSifter, a Pittsburgh-based AI contract operations company backed by Carrick Capital Partners. The acquisition combined Contract Logix's 18 years of CLM expertise with LegalSifter's AI-driven technology and Contract Operations as a Service offerings.
