Gamma is an AI-native content creation platform founded in 2020 in San Francisco by Grant Lee, Jon Noronha, and James Fox, all former Optimizely executives. The agentic design partner turns rough prompts into polished presentations, documents, and websites in seconds.

Gamma has more than 70 million users generating over a million pieces of content daily. The company reached more than $100 million in ARR and has been profitable for more than two years on a lean 50-person team.

Gamma raised a $68 million Series B in November 2025 at a $2.1 billion valuation, led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Accel and Uncork Capital.
