Glean is an enterprise search and AI assistant company founded in 2019 in Palo Alto by Arvind Jain (ex-Google and Rubrik co-founder), Tony Gentilcore, T.R. Vishwanath, and Piyush Prahladka. The Work AI platform connects to a company's internal apps to provide personalized, trusted answers and automate workflows.

Glean serves enterprise customers including Databricks, Canva, Duolingo, and Okta. The company reached $200 million in ARR in December 2025, doubling in nine months.

Glean raised a $150 million Series F in June 2025 at a $7.2 billion valuation, led by Wellington Management. Total funding is $765 million from investors including Sequoia, Lightspeed, Kleiner Perkins, and General Catalyst.
