About Nebius Group N.V.

Nebius Group N.V. is an AI infrastructure company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was formed in 2024 when Yandex N.V. divested its Russian assets and renamed itself, retaining the international cloud and AI businesses under founder and CEO Arkady Volozh. The company resumed trading on Nasdaq in October 2024 under the ticker NBIS.

Its core business is Nebius AI Cloud, a full-stack GPU cloud platform for training, tuning and running AI models, supported by data centers in Mantsala (Finland), Paris, Kansas City and Vineland, New Jersey. In 2025 the company signed multi-year capacity contracts including an agreement with Microsoft worth about $17.4 billion through 2031. Nebius also owns autonomous-driving unit Avride and edtech company TripleTen, and holds stakes in Toloka and ClickHouse.

Nebius raised $700 million in a December 2024 private placement that included Nvidia, Accel and Orbis, followed by convertible notes and equity offerings in 2025 and a $4.3 billion convertible notes offering in March 2026; Nvidia announced a $2 billion investment the same month. The company acquired AI search startup Tavily for roughly $400 million in February 2026, reported $529.8 million in 2025 revenue and employed about 1,400 people as of 2025.
