Pipefy

Pipefy is a no-code business process orchestration platform founded in 2015 in Curitiba, Brazil by Alessio Alionço. The platform lets teams model and automate workflows across HR, procurement, customer service, and finance.

Pipefy serves customers including Visa, IBM, Volvo, Santander, and Kraft Heinz. In 2024 it launched Pipefy AI Agents to layer generative AI on top of structured workflows.

The company has raised approximately $150 million across seven rounds, including a $75 million Series C led by SoftBank Latin America Fund in 2021.
