ServiceNow is an enterprise cloud workflow company founded in 2004 by Fred Luddy. The Now Platform powers IT service management, HR service delivery, customer service management, and security operations for enterprises, with Now Assist AI agents as its generative AI layer.

ServiceNow serves more than 8,400 customers including 85% of the Fortune 500. The company has become a platform of record for enterprise workflow automation alongside Salesforce and SAP.

ServiceNow went public on NYSE in June 2012 (NOW). Bill McDermott has served as CEO since 2019. The company reports over $11 billion in annual revenue.
