UKG Inc. (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a privately held human capital management (HCM) and workforce management software company headquartered in Weston, Florida. It was formed in April 2020 through the merger of Ultimate Software, founded in 1990, and Kronos Incorporated, founded in 1977 in Lowell, Massachusetts. Jennifer Morgan became CEO in 2024.

The company's flagship product, UKG Pro, is a cloud-based platform integrating payroll processing, HR administration, talent management, and workforce scheduling, serving over 80,000 organizations globally. UKG also offers UKG Ready for mid-market customers and UKG Dimensions for enterprise workforce management. In 2021, UKG acquired Great Place to Work, a workplace culture research and consulting firm.

UKG is majority-owned by Hellman & Friedman, with minority stakes held by Blackstone, GIC, and CPP Investments. The combined entity was valued at approximately $22 billion at its formation and employs roughly 12,000 people worldwide. The company reported approximately $4.3 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2023.
