11x.ai/11x is a software company that develops autonomous AI "digital workers" for sales and go-to-market teams. It was founded in 2022 by Hasan Sukkar, a former McKinsey consultant, and originally operated out of London before relocating to San Francisco in 2024. The company took part in Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch.
11x's flagship product, Alice, is an AI sales development representative that identifies prospects, researches accounts, and runs personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to book meetings. In late 2024 the company added Julian (earlier branded Jordan), an AI phone and chat agent that handles inbound and outbound voice conversations in more than 30 languages. 11x positions the products as a replacement for traditional sales tooling and human SDR headcount, competing in the crowded AI SDR market against rivals such as Artisan and Relevance AI.
11x raised a $2 million pre-seed round led by Project A in 2023, a $24 million Series A led by Benchmark in September 2024, and a $50 million Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz shortly after, bringing total funding to roughly $76 million at a reported valuation near $350 million. The company employs around 80 people. In March 2025, TechCrunch reported that 11x had displayed logos of firms that were not paying customers; two months later founder Hasan Sukkar stepped down as chief executive and became non-executive chairman, with chief technology officer Prabhav Jain, a former Brex executive, taking over as CEO.
