Asana

Asana is a work management platform founded in 2008 in San Francisco by Dustin Moskovitz (Facebook co-founder) and Justin Rosenstein. The product helps teams orchestrate work across projects, portfolios, and goals, with an expanding AI agent layer.

Asana is used by more than 150,000 paying customers and millions of users, including Amazon, Google, and NASA.

Asana went public via direct listing on NYSE in September 2020 (ASAN). Dan Rogers was appointed CEO in 2025 following Dustin Moskovitz's transition; Moskovitz remains Chair.
