ClickUp is a productivity platform founded in 2017 in San Diego by Zeb Evans and Alex Yurkowski. The product combines tasks, docs, whiteboards, goals, chat, and AI (Brain) in a single tool targeting teams that want to replace multiple SaaS apps.

ClickUp serves more than two million teams across companies including Booking.com, IBM, and Samsung. The platform competes with Asana, Notion, Monday.com, and Atlassian.

The company has raised approximately $538 million, including a $400 million Series C in 2021 at a $4 billion valuation, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Tiger Global.
