HiBob is a cloud-based HR platform founded in 2015 in Tel Aviv by Ronni Zehavi and Israel David. The flagship product Bob provides core HR, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, payroll, and workforce planning geared toward modern mid-market and fast-growing companies.

HiBob serves more than 4,000 customers including Monzo, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia, with rapid growth in the U.S., UK, and EU. The platform is popular among People Ops teams at tech-forward companies.

The company has raised approximately $574 million, including a $150 million Series D in 2023 at a $2.45 billion valuation, led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
