OneTrust is a trust intelligence software company founded in 2016 in Atlanta by Kabir Barday and Alan Dabbiere. The platform spans privacy management, consent, GRC, data discovery, AI governance, and third-party risk management for enterprises navigating global regulations.

OneTrust serves more than 14,000 customers including half of the Fortune 500, with strong presence in financial services, technology, and healthcare.

The company has raised more than $1.1 billion, including a $150 million Series C in 2023 at a $4.5 billion valuation, led by Generation Investment Management. Kabir Barday continues as CEO.
