Sketch B.V. is a design software company founded in 2010 and incorporated in the Netherlands. Originally operating as Bohemian Coding, the company developed Sketch as a vector graphics editor for macOS and later rebranded. The company operates fully remote with team members distributed across the European Union and the United States.

Sketch offers a macOS-native design application paired with a web-based collaboration platform covering prototyping, design inspection, and developer handoff. The product targets individual UI/UX designers, product teams, and enterprise clients. Its open file format and offline-first architecture distinguish it from browser-based design tools.

Sketch B.V. raised a $20 million Series A from Benchmark in 2019, its first external funding after nearly a decade of bootstrapped growth. The company employs between 51 and 200 people and has sold Sketch through a subscription model since 2016.
