Visily

Visily is an AI-powered wireframing and UI prototyping platform founded in 2021 by Buu Nguyen and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Incubated by KMS Technology, a software development and consulting firm with offices in Atlanta and Vietnam, Visily launched publicly in April 2022 and is led by CEO Jordan Woods.

The platform enables non-designers — including product managers, developers, and entrepreneurs — to generate high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes from text prompts, screenshots, or existing diagrams. Key capabilities include smart components, auto-prototyping, real-time team collaboration, and AI-assisted UI generation. Visily competes with Figma, Marvel, and Supernova in the UI design and prototyping market, and supports integrations with Figma (import/export) and Model Context Protocol tools for AI coding environments.

In June 2024, Visily raised a Seed round of .27 million. As of mid-2026 the company employs approximately 19 people.
