UiPath is an enterprise automation and AI company founded in 2005 in Bucharest by Daniel Dines and Marius Tîrcă. The UiPath Platform combines robotic process automation (RPA), AI agents, document understanding, and process mining for end-to-end automation.

UiPath serves more than 10,000 enterprise customers including more than 80% of the Fortune 10. The company has aggressively added agentic automation capabilities on top of its RPA core.

UiPath went public on NYSE in April 2021 (PATH). Daniel Dines returned as CEO in 2024 after Rob Enslin's departure.
