Insider One, formerly known as Insider, was founded in 2012 by Hande Çilingir (CEO), Serhat Soyuerel, Mehmet Sinan Toktay, Muharrem Derinkok, and Okan Yedibela. The company is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, with offices across more than 30 countries. Its platform combines a customer data platform, AI-driven personalization, and journey orchestration, enabling marketing teams to manage customer interactions across web, mobile, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification channels through a single interface.

Insider One serves over 2,000 enterprise customers including Samsung, L'Oréal, Unilever, Estée Lauder, and Toyota across retail, financial services, travel, and telecommunications. The platform holds leadership positions in Gartner and Forrester analyst evaluations and maintains a 4.8/5.0 user rating on G2 across multiple product categories. The company employs over 1,500 people across more than 50 nationalities.

Insider achieved unicorn status in 2022, becoming Turkey's first software unicorn. In November 2024, the company raised a $500 million Series E round led by General Atlantic, bringing cumulative funding to over $772 million. The company rebranded from Insider to Insider One in late 2025, reflecting an expanded platform strategy. Insider One has publicly targeted $1 billion in annual recurring revenue as a near-term milestone.
