PagerDuty is a digital operations and incident management platform founded in 2009 in San Francisco by Alex Solomon, Andrew Miklas, and Baskar Puvanathasan. The software coordinates on-call rotations, alerts, and incident response across DevOps, SRE, and IT Ops teams.

PagerDuty serves more than 15,000 customers and is widely used in incident response at SaaS, financial services, and e-commerce companies.

PagerDuty went public on NYSE in April 2019 (PD). Jennifer Tejada has served as CEO since 2016.
