Paycor HCM, Inc. is a human capital management software company founded in May 1990 by Robert Coughlin in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company provides an integrated platform covering payroll processing, HR administration, benefits enrollment, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, and workforce analytics for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States.

Paycor's platform consolidates payroll tax compliance, applicant tracking, learning management, and employee scheduling into a single system. The company served more than 40,000 business customers as of 2024, primarily mid-market employers with 50 to 1,000 employees. Paycor went public on Nasdaq under the ticker PYCR in July 2021 and competed directly with ADP, Paylocity, and Paycom in the HCM software market.

On January 7, 2025, Paychex, Inc. announced an agreement to acquire Paycor for $22.50 per share in cash, representing an enterprise value of approximately $4.1 billion. The transaction closed on April 14, 2025, and Paycor's shares were delisted from Nasdaq. Raul Villar, Jr. served as CEO at the time of the acquisition.
