Pendo is a product experience platform founded in 2013 in Raleigh, North Carolina by Todd Olson, Eric Boduch, Rahul Jain, and Erik Troan. The platform combines product analytics, in-app guides, user feedback, and roadmapping for software teams.

Pendo serves more than 10,000 customers including LabCorp, Morgan Stanley, and Salesforce. The company has expanded into mobile, employee-facing internal apps, and AI-driven insights.

Pendo has raised approximately $471 million across seven rounds from investors including Meritech, Battery Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, and FirstMark. Its most recent private valuation was approximately $2.6 billion.
