Upland Software is an enterprise software holding company founded in 2010 in Austin, Texas by Jack McDonald. Upland operates a portfolio of more than 25 cloud software products spanning marketing, sales, customer experience, IT operations, and project management.

Upland grows primarily through acquisitions of established business software products, maintaining and modernizing them for enterprise customers including AIG, ExxonMobil, and United Airlines.

Upland went public on NASDAQ in 2014 (UPLD). Jack McDonald continues as CEO.
