Connecteam

Connecteam is a workforce management software company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. The company was co-founded by Amir Nehemia and Moshe Nechmad and focuses on providing mobile-first tools for businesses whose employees do not work at a desk, including industries such as retail, hospitality, construction, and field services.

The platform combines employee scheduling, time tracking, task management, internal communications, and training into a single application. It is designed primarily for small and mid-sized businesses managing hourly or shift-based workers. Customers use the product to replace paper-based processes and fragmented communication tools across distributed teams.

Connecteam raised a $120 million Series B round in 2022, bringing its total disclosed funding to that amount. The company has grown its headcount to several hundred employees and serves customers across more than 100 countries. It operates on a subscription model with tiered pricing based on the number of users.
