parloa.com/Parloa is a German technology company that develops an AI agent management platform for enterprise customer service, enabling businesses to automate and orchestrate customer interactions across phone, chat and messaging channels. The company was founded in 2018 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald and is headquartered in Berlin, with additional offices in Munich and New York.
Parloa's platform combines conversational AI, natural language understanding and generative models to build and deploy autonomous agents that resolve service inquiries at scale. Its customers include Allianz, Booking.com, IKEA, Decathlon, SAP and Swiss Life. The company reported surpassing $50 million in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025 as it expanded from the European market into the United States.
In January 2026 Parloa raised $350 million in a Series D round led by General Catalyst, valuing the company at $3 billion, roughly triple its valuation seven months earlier. The round brought total capital raised to more than $560 million, following earlier backing from EQT Ventures, Altimeter Capital, Durable Capital Partners and Mosaic Ventures. Parloa employs more than 500 people across its offices in Berlin, Munich and New York.
