Pipedrive is a sales-focused CRM founded in 2010 by Timo Rein, Urmas Purde, Ragnar Sass, Martin Henk, and Martin Tajur. Co-headquartered in New York and Tallinn, Estonia, the product emphasizes visual pipeline management and ease of use for SMB sales teams.

Pipedrive serves more than 100,000 companies globally and is a category leader among SMB CRMs, competing with HubSpot and Zoho CRM.

Vista Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in Pipedrive in late 2020 at a reported $1.5 billion+ valuation. Total disclosed venture funding was approximately $90 million prior to acquisition. Dominic Allon serves as CEO.
