Freshworks serves more than 73,000 customers globally across SMB and mid-market segments. The company has expanded into AI-powered support with Freddy AI.

Freshworks went public on NASDAQ in 2021 (FRSH) and is headquartered in San Mateo, California. Dennis Woodside, formerly of Dropbox and Motorola, was appointed CEO in 2024.
