Zoho Corporation is a business software company founded in 1996 in Chennai, India by Sridhar Vembu and Tony Thomas. Zoho offers more than 50 integrated applications spanning CRM, finance (Zoho Books), HR (Zoho People), email (Zoho Mail), no-code (Creator), and the Zia AI assistant.

Zoho serves more than 100 million users across 150+ countries. The company is renowned for being entirely bootstrapped, profitable, and privately held throughout its nearly 30-year history.

Mani Vembu took over as CEO of Zoho Corporation in January 2025, succeeding founder Sridhar Vembu, who transitioned to focus on R&D as Chief Scientist.
