Synthflow

Synthflow is a voice AI platform founded in 2023 in Berlin by brothers Albert and Hakob Astabatsyan and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky. The no-code product lets businesses build, train, and deploy AI voice agents for customer support, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling across phone channels.

Synthflow serves enterprise and mid-market customers, handling use cases across insurance, healthcare, real estate, and BPO. The platform supports 30+ languages and integrates with major CRMs and telephony systems.

Synthflow raised a $20 million Series A in June 2025 led by Accel, with participation from Atlantic Labs and Singular, bringing total funding to approximately $30 million.
