No refunds, per their own FAQ. Stripe auto-charges monthly or annually. Cancellation just stops future billing — doesn't recover what's spent. Off-Peak Mode's unlimited generation is the one line that changes TCO meaningfully, but only if your team can shift work to off-hours. Procurement friction is low. Contract risk is where the real cost hides.
