The pay-as-you-go tier at $1/hour is a smart way to let a skeptical team try it without committing. That's a real signal of a vendor that wants usage data, not just signups.

The pricing FAQ says you can cancel any time and drop to the free plan without penalty, and the homepage FAQ offers 25% off for quarterly billing plus a discount for teams of 51 or more. I found no term-length or auto-renewal language. Ask before you sign.

Real-time transcription with live highlighting is the feature I'd actually use mid-call — flagging a moment while someone's talking beats scribbling a timestamp in a notes app. The task detection is genuinely useful for my week: five standups, three client calls, and I don't want to manually re-type 'send deck by Friday' into three different places.

Where it gets tedious is after the summary lands. I still have to open it, review the to-do list, approve it, and only then does email go out to assignees. That's a small thing that either saves you real friction or turns into one more button you forget exists.

What I can't judge from the outside is the stuff that decides month three: what happens when the transcript lags, what an error state looks like if a Zoom call drops mid-recording. Mobile I can answer: the help center lists desktops and laptops as the only supported devices, so don't count on a mobile app, which matters if your meetings aren't all at a desk.

There is a free plan, capped at 10 meetings a month, but the pricing page shows no Free tier, only a passing mention of the free version in its FAQ; the 10-meeting cap I found only on the Chrome Web Store page. The 7-day Pro trial needs no card. Honest enough, but a free tier you have to hunt for is the kind of labeling that invites scrutiny.

Exit is decent on paper — exports to Docs, PDF, txt, so your summaries aren't hostage to the platform. Pro also exports transcripts to Google Docs; recordings, less clear. Viability signals are thin: a blog, a changelog and a help center exist, which is more than nothing, but the newest changelog entry I found dates from April 2024 and I found no API reference to gauge how seriously they're building past the UI layer.
